She has a background in consulting, operations, sales management, organizational change, human resources, international sales & marketing, strategy & behavior change, business transformation leadership, worldwide project management, business partner management and middle/executive management. She was known as the “fixer”, the person who could provide solution-based strategies to unsolvable issues both inside the company, across industries, and with her clients.
